Admission Procedure

Admission Rules:

Admission of new Students to various clssses is made in the beginning of the academic session i.e. 1st of April to 31st of July and not later than this date except as sepcified below.
a) Children of transferable parents.
b) Other floating population.

Admission Test:

Each Students seeking admission is administered a written test which is of the level of the Annual examination of the class proceeding to which is sought. The admission test is taken of English,Hindi, Mathematics or sceince & Social Studeis.
Age Limit
At the time of admission to class first the child should be below 5+ years of age on 1st April of the year of addmission.
Documents to be submiteed with the Admission form duly completeted are as given below.text-left
1) Birth certifciate shwoing date of birth in case of first admission.
2) Transfer certificate from the school last attended, duly countersigned by the Education officer of the Zone/State concerned.
3) Latest Passport size photograph(8).

Withdrawals from the school:

1. One month's notice or a month's fee must be deposited before a pupils is withdrwan.
2. No claim for refund of security deposit will be entertained after the expiry of six months from the date of leaving the school.
3. The following categories of pupils may be required to be withdrawn from the school.
a) Those who fail to show satidfactories progress.
b) Those whose tution fees etc are in arrears.
c) Those who behaviour is harmful to the inetrest of the school.
d) Continue absence for 15 days from school without sanction leave from Principal.

School Rules & Laws

1. Each Student must be punctual and regular in attendance, must attend morning assembly,study with zeal,devotion and concentration, be attentive in the class and must not distract others. In case of absence,he/she must bring a leave application along with him/her. A student will be eligible to sit for Board examination or qualifying School Examibnation only if he/she has 75% attendance to his/her credit.Students admitted late during the session in the class must submit to the in charge of admission, the record of attendance from the previous school of the same class.
2. Students must wear school uniform regularly and be clean, well groomed and smart in turnout. The Uniform must conform to the school pattern in keeping with the season.
3. Students should be careful about the property of the school and its maintenance.
4. Be gentle and courteous in manners.
5. Safeguard dignity and pride of the school.
6. Students are not allowed to leave the school premisses during school hours without a gate pass issued by the class teacher and the Supervisor/Principal .
7. Students should not bring valuable items (Omanments etc) to the school.
8. Students should not apply Heena and hair colors. Hair style should be as per standard of the School.
9. parents are requested not to criticize children as it makes the children prejudiced and also affects thier learning process. It also retards children's growth.
10. Parents are advised to inculate good behaviours moral values and good habits among their children so that they are recognized not only by the uniform they wear but also by their behaviour and conduct as students of B.H.I.S , Batla House , New Delhi.
11. Students should bring home made lunch and fruits every day.
